Hillman Properties Forms New Company

Three real estate affiliates of the Hillman Co. of Pittsburgh, Pa. are being consolidated with Newport Beach-based Hillman Properties West Inc. to form a real estate development company to serve the western United States.

Michael R. Chase, president of Hillman Properties West, will head the new, expanded firm that will result from the consolidation of Republic Development Co., formerly of Covina; Broadbent Development Co., Formerly of Boise Idaho, and PSIP Development Co., formerly of Sacramento. Headquarters of the new firm, to be known as Hillman Properties West, will be at 450 Newport Center Drive, Newport Beach, with regional offices in San Francisco, Sacramento, Portland, Ore., and Albuquerque, N.M.
