Forster Ranch Patio Home Project Opens

The Colony at Forster Ranch, a development of 64 single-family patio homes, opens today in San Clemente with 28 units in the first phase.
Priced from $129,900 to $162,900, the homes are available in three floor plans with two to four bedrooms, two or three baths and 1,350 to 1,897 square feet.
Common amenities include a swimming pool and tennis court. The monthly homeowners association fee is about $102, and first move-ins are scheduled in April.
Three furnished models designed by Barbara Brenner and a sales office are open daily from 11 a.m. to dusk at 1213 Las Posas. The project is a joint venture of GlenFed Development Corp. and Bird Development Corp.
