Heritage Days Need a Theme: The city is soliciting theme ideas for the 21st annual Placentia Heritage Days, set to begin Oct. 12. Suggestions should be submitted to festival chairman Bob Lyons, at 1375 Orleans Drive, Placentia, by April 17. The person whose theme is chosen will have a place of honor on the parade reviewing stand.
