The City Council Subcommittee on Planning and Zoning has scheduled two public hearings in March to develop a comprehensive General Plan and prepare zoning ordinances and parking plans.
The hearings will begin at 6 p.m. on March 12 and 26 in Hall A of Plummer Park, 7377 Santa Monica Blvd.
