Building Law Seminar Slated

A four-session seminar on California construction law will be sponsored by the Los Angeles chapter of the National Assn. of Women in Construction. Wickwire, Gavin & Gibbs, attorneys specializing in construction law, will conduct the meetings.
Sessions will be held Tuesday, Thursday, and on Feb. 13 and 14, from 6:30 to 9 p.m. at Abran Friedman Occupational Center, 1646 S. Olive St.
The seminar is designed to provide information on bidding, contracts, liens, bonds, stop notices, claims, labor agreements, collection procedures and arbitration. Tuition is $45 for NAWIC members and $60 for non-members.
