Doug Shively, who served as the Chargers’ defensive line coach last season, has resigned from the staff and has accepted the position of defensive coordinator and linebacker coach for Tampa Bay.

Shively joined the Chargers a year ago as the replacement for Jerry Smith, who left the team. Shively will be replaced by Gunther Cunningham, who was hired last month as a special defensive assistant.
