Titans’ Henderson Is Player of Week

Cal State Fullerton guard Kevin Henderson has been selected as the Pacific Coast Athletic Assn.’s Player of the Week, the conference announced Monday.

Henderson, a 6-foot-4, 185-pound junior from Los Angeles, had 55 points, 14 assists and 7 rebounds as the Titans (2-2 in conference, 6-7 overall) split a pair of PCAA games last week.

Henderson scored 29 points and had 8 assists in Fullerton’s four-overtime, 97-92 loss to San Jose State last Thursday night and had 26 points and 6 assists in the Titans’ 73-72 triumph over Utah State Saturday night.
