North African Express Derails in Storm; 2 Hurt

RABAT, Morocco — Two passengers were hurt when seven cars of the 100-m.p.h. Arab Maghreb express train left the rails in a storm Sunday, a Moroccan newspaper, L’Opinion, reported Monday.
The train apparently hit an obstacle on the rails in heavy rain and high wind before dawn, 15 miles from Meknes in central Morocco, the paper said.
