Two Huntington Park residents were among the three people killed in a multivehicle collision near Fillmore in Ventura County, the California Highway Patrol said. They were identified as Maura Aguirre, 43, and Joel Flores, 18, passengers in a truck driven by Roberto Quiles. The latter’s daughter, Marisela Charles, 17, was reported in critical condition. Quiles was also injured, as was Anthony Garcia, 32, of MacFarlane, driver of a semi-truck hauling two trailers carrying 20 tons of lemons. Also killed in the crash was Ruben Sabala, 37, of Santa Paula, driver of another truck. The accident east of Fillmore caused closure of California 126 for three hours.
