Lightweight boxer Kenny (Bang Bang) Bogner, facing a prison term for robbery and theft, has been charged with assaulting a woman in Trenton, N.J., Tuesday night. Police said Bogner, 23, attacked Donna Bernard, 22, in a dispute involving a $280 gold chain apparently owned by a third party, Marie Belardo.
Bogner was convicted Nov. 2 for stealing $70 worth of marijuana and personal belongings from a convicted drug dealer. He is scheduled to be sentenced Friday on that conviction.
