Football: Westlake’s Kevin Robledo has 19 field goals

Sophomore kicker Kevin Robledo of Westlake Village Westlake is having a dream season. He has made 19 field goals for the Warriors.

That equals the number made by Westlake’s Alex Ball last season when he was named the nation’s top high school kicker.

Robledo is a transfer from Newbury Park who’s also an outstanding soccer player.

‘He goes out and kicks,’ Coach Jim Benkert said. ‘We never worry about him.’
