Girls’ volleyball: Verdugo Hills to honor first Hall of Fame class

Verdugo Hills is celebrating its 75th anniversary this weekend, and the girls’ volleyball team will honor its first class to be inducted into its ‘Volleyball Hall of Fame’ on Friday.
The first class of inductees include Jenise Espindola (2003), Crystal Perryman (2006) and Jennifer Espindola (2006).
The players will be presented with a framed jersey at 5 p.m. There will be an alumni vs. varsity match. The alumni will take part in a homecoming parade at 6 p.m.
