Football: L.A. Garfield to hold innovative fundraiser

Los Angeles Garfield is hoping to raise $25,000 through a dance and music fundraiser for its football program on Sunday, June 3 at Stevens Steak & Seafood House in Commerce.
From noon until 7 p.m., there will be bands playing, dancing and a buffet.
General admission is $30. The event is co-sponsored by the Garfield Alumni Foundation.
