Only a last-second three-pointer by Kelsey Haines prevented Oak Park from being shut out in the second quarter, but the Eagles were still outscored 10-3 and trail Bishop Amat 25-13 at intermission of the Division 3A final at the Anaheim Convention Center.
Kaysee Tayag has seven points and Paulina Santana has six for the Lancers, who are 9 of 22 from the field and lead 6-0 in fast-break points. Haines (eight points) and Sarah Bucknovitz (five) have scored all of the points for Oak Park.
