Quinn Brody threw six shutout innings and Corsey Dempster picked up the save by striking out two batters on six pitches in the bottom of the seventh to help Los Angeles Loyola defeat Manhattan Beach Mira Costa, 2-0, on Saturday night in the championship game of the South Bay Summer Baseball League.
