Baseball: No. 6 is lucky seed in City Section

In the City Section, the No. 6 seed in the baseball playoffs has been a lucky seed. Woodland Hills El Camino Real won three championships as the No. 6 seed under former Coach Mike Maio.

‘I liked it because of the way things developed,’ Maio said.

San Fernando is hoping its No. 6 seed will be lucky again when the Tigers face No. 1-seeded Chatsworth in Saturday’s 2 p.m. Division I final at Dodger Stadium.
