Connor Loftus drilled his second field goal of the game, this time from 37 yards, and Servite has tied Mission Viejo, 6-6, with two minutes left in the second quarter.

Cody Fajardo had a 14-yard TD run wiped out by an illegal procedure penalty. The Friars also had two other penalties called during a drive that started on their own 25. Mission Viejo’s Nick Dzubnar came up with a 10-yard sack of Fajardo on third-and-six from the 10-yard line for force the field goal.
