Baseball: Shreve’s fly ball ties score against Crespi

That didn’t take long.

After falling behind Crespi by a run this afternoon in a Southern Section Division II baseball semifinal, Redlands East Valley rallied for a run in the second inning to tie the score at 1-1.

Ryan Burcroff led off with an infield single and went to third on Griffith Murphy’s double past diving left fielder Kevin Williams. Tyler Shreve then drove in Burcroff with a fly ball to center field.
