Mission Hills Alemany defeated Moreno Valley Vista Del Lago, 2-0, Tuesday in a Southern Section Division II wild-card playoff game, with Sean Becker throwing a complete-game five-hitter. Sergio Plasencia hit a home run in the fourth inning for the Warriors (16-11), who advance to play Santa Barbara Dos Pueblos in a first-round game Thursday at Dos Pueblos.
