Jonathan Meyer contributed three hits to help No. 16 Simi Valley (10-3) defeat No. 10 El Segundo, 7-4, Thursday in a Redondo tournament game.

No. 6 El Toro held on for a 1-0 victory over Foothill. Noland Arenado’s run-scoring single in the fifth inning won it for El Toro, which is 10-2 overall and 5-0 in the Sea View League.
