The Angels’ players treated Nick Adenhart as one of their own all season. They maintained his locker, carried his jersey wherever they went, poured beer and champagne atop his jersey after clinching a playoff berth. They also voted him a full playoff share, and today they found out how much that will be worth to his family.

A full share for an Angels player is worth $138,038.51, according to Major League Baseball. The money for playoff shares comes from gate receipts in the first three games of the division series and first four games of the league championship series and World Series.

Adenhart, one of three people killed by an alleged drunk driver in an April car crash, was voted one of 43 full shares by the Angels’ players.

The Dodgers’ players voted 59 full shares, each of which is worth $102,619.91.

The World Series champion New York Yankees’ players voted 46 full shares, each worth $365,052.73. The National League champion Philadelphia Phillies’ players voted 45 full shares, each worth $265,357.50.
