Sparks center Lisa Leslie returned to the court Tuesday after missing the last 11 games because of a sprained right knee.
As the Sparks enter the fourth quarter with a 46-43 lead against the San Antonio Silver Stars, Leslie has scored eight points but shot 2 of 9 from the field in 16 minutes off the bench.
On Monday, team doctors cleared Leslie to play, but Sparks Coach Michael Cooper said he didn’t think he would play her. He apparently changed his mind.
