NCIS: Vance (Rocky Carroll) orders Gibbs (Mark Harmon) to question a troubled teen (Cameron Monaghan) who’s accused of killing his father, a retired Marine. Michael Weatherly and Cote de Pablo also star in the new episode (8 p.m. CBS).

No Ordinary Family: In this new episode, Mrs. X (Lucy Lawless) dispatches a supervillain with animal-like powers to take out the family (8 p.m. ABC).

The Real Housewives of Miami: It’s not just the food that’s steaming when Larsa invites the women to an Italian cooking lesson at the private restaurant she and Scottie own in this new episode (10 p.m. Bravo).

Big Brian: The Fortune Seller: This new series brings a dose of New York attitude to the business of finding treasures amid other people’s trash. In the premiere, Brian and his staff have four days to go through a home that contains, among many, many other things, an enormous cookie jar collection, some vintage weapons and, rumor has it, a Picasso (10 p.m. Tru).

Prince William & Prince Harry: Into the Future: This new special introduces viewers to the young royals and their elite circle of friends (7 and 10 p.m. BBC America).

Best in Film: The Greatest Movies of Our Time: Tom Bergeron and Cynthia McFadden host this new special, which presents the results of an online poll in which members of the public voted in such categories as best action film, best chick flick, greatest film character, best screen kiss and more. Harrison Ford, Sir Anthony Hopkins and Olivia Newton-John are among those interviewed (9 p.m. ABC).
