We could talk about the gray team’s big heart: They won the challenge and then thoughtfully gave ‘call home’ cards to their fellow competitors. Or the grueling, no-gym last-chance workouts: rolling each other uphill in wheelbarrows, passing boulders, military crawls. Or all the great hair: Daris’ adorable mop top, Ali’s fantabulous brushed back ‘do and Jillian’s pageant hair. But that would be wasting time. Let’s get right to it:

We have our villain, people! And her name is Melissa. Or should it be Miggy?

So many curious moments on this show. Melissa and hubby Lance insisted, and swore up and down, that Melissa did not throw the last two weigh-ins. It was pure coincidence that she spent two weeks at the Biggest Loser ranch and did not lose a single pound. Zero, zip, nada. Bob confronted her and basically called her a liar, but then agreed to let it go. Jillian, no surprise, was like a dog with a bone. She just would not let Melissa squirm out of it. Which may be why the red team was talking tough but avoiding Jillian like the plague, even refusing to work out with her. I don’t believe Melissa for a second -- except when she swore on her kids’ lives. Is she that deceitful? Or maybe she had her fingers crossed behind her back?

Melissa then injected more drama into the house by choosing to give her 2-pound disadvantage card to the green team. Now, someone had to get the card, right? But was it just the luck of the draw that it went to the mother-daughter duo? They were furious to get the disadvantage. (Isn’t it funny how they use the same exact body language to express their frustration -- arms crossed tightly, rocking back and forth, jaw clenched, etc.) In a weird twist, the card didn’t matter in the end. When the weigh-in rolled around, the green team lost a total of 5 pounds, which shoved them below the yellow line and placed them up for elimination even before the penalty was calculated in. A smarmy Melissa took the opportunity to point that out: ‘Ali, just to make it emphatically clear, the 2 pounds wouldn’t have made a (bleeped) difference.’

The green team stomped back into the house and Migdalia rudely told everyone to eliminate her -- she said she wanted to get home to her kids and her soldier husband, who was shipping out to Afghanistan: ‘Just write my name down. ... Is that so hard to understand?’ To date, the housemates have voted to respect such wishes. But Melissa had another plan: Vote out Miggy. ‘Let’s just remember where the drama and the aura in the house is coming from. And it’s not Migdalia,’ Melissa said, adding that Miggy is ‘abrasive’ and ‘confrontational.’ Although it’s unclear whether the other housemates agreed, two teams -- the gray team and the brown team -- voted with Melissa. So, what do you think? Is it possible that we’re just catching Melissa at her crossest moments? Or is Miggy the villain this season? Maybe both are?

Let the battle begin!

It was great to catch up with Migdalia and see how she is doing. But will we ever get to the bottom of that other mystery: What, exactly, is she so angry about? Hopefully mom will dish at some point.
