HALLOWEEN TREATS: Catherine Bell and Chris Potter star in the 2009 TV sequel ‘The Good Witch’s Garden’ at 9 p.m. on Hallmark. SERIES
Chaotic: The children’s series, based on a Danish trading card game, premieres (11 a.m. KTLA).
Robin Hood: Prince John (Toby Stephens) announces that King Richard has been killed in the Holy Land, but Robin (Jonas Armstrong) soon discovers the truth and rushes to stop John’s coronation (6 and 9 p.m. BBC America).
CSI: Miami: A newly divorced woman (Christa Miller) is celebrating the end of her marriage when her ex-husband drops in -- hanging from a noose, and Horatio (David Caruso) and the team must determine if it was murder or suicide in this repeat (8 p.m. CBS).
The Locator: David helps his stepdaughter Christa find her biological father in the season finale (9 p.m. WE).
Austin City Limits: M. Ward and indie rock band Okkervil River perform (11 p.m. KLCS).
MOVIES
Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde: This 1941 version of the Robert Louis Stevenson classic stars Spencer Tracy in the title role -- roles -- as scientist Jekyll who uses a series of potions on himself until they alter him completely, converting him into the murderous Hyde. Costars include Ingrid Bergman, Lana Turner, Peter Godfrey and C. Aubrey Smith (5 p.m. TCM).
Batman Returns: Michael Keaton returns to the Batcave as the Caped Crusader in this 1992 Tim Burton film. With Danny DeVito, Michelle Pfeiffer and Christopher Walken (7 p.m. ABC Family).
The House Bunny: After being kicked out of the Playboy Mansion, a former Bunny (Anna Faris) finds a new calling as the housemother to sorority sisters who need a lure for fresh pledges. Colin Hanks, Rumer Willis and ‘American Idol’ runner-up Katharine McPhee costar (7:15 p.m. Starz).
Frankenhood: Two men and their undead pal compete in a basketball tournament in the 2009 comedy starring DeRay Davis and Jasper Redd (7:30 p.m. BET).
Australia: Nicole Kidman stars in director Baz Luhrmann’s 2008 sweeping drama about an Englishwoman (Kidman) who goes to ‘the land down under’ to retrieve her estranged husband. With Hugh Jackman (8 p.m. HBO).
Night of the Living Dead: This 1968 horror tale from George Romero has become a cult classic. Radiation causes the dead to rise from their graves and go in search of human flesh. Duane Jones and Judith O’Dea star (6, 8:15, 10:30 p.m. AMC).
