Singer-songwriter-actress Ashlee Simpson has listed a Mediterranean-style villa on a private street in Beverly Hills for $4 million.

Simpson bought the property in 2007 for $4.5 million, according to public records.
The actress’ 90210 ZIP Code had 212 single-family home sales in 2009 at a median price of $2,775,000. According to MDA DataQuick, that was a 17.2% drop from 2008. In comparison, the ZIP Code had 188 home sales in 2008 at a median price of $2,930,000 -- a 2.3% drop from 2007.
