SoCal median home price slips to $247,000

The median home price in six Southern California counties fell to $247,000 in April, after holding steady at $250,000 for three months. The same basic trend continued -- low-end foreclosure sales remain strong, while the high end is stalled, with sales at or near record lows in wealthy areas.
