There’s something odd about the results of ‘The Voice.’ Javier Colon was named winner of the NBC talent competition, but it seemed as if there was actually more popular support behind runner-up Dia Frampton. At iTunes, Frampton was selling more songs than Colon before the unveiling of a champ -- and she continues to sell more afterward.

‘The Voice’ host Carson Daly said that less than 2% of the vote separated Colon and Frampton, so we know that Colon didn’t win by an overwhelming edge. Maybe he prevailed just because Justin Bieber pressed his legions of fans to vote for Colon. That may have tipped the balance in a close race. If true, then maybe Frampton would’ve won the contest fair and square, if only Bieber hadn’t meddled.
