The 24-year-old man who died after falling out of a “party bus†on the 101 Freeway this past weekend has been identified by Los Angeles County coroner’s officials as Christopher Saraceno.

An investigation is underway into how Saraceno fell out of the vehicle. After falling out of the party bus at about 12:15 a.m. Sunday, the California Highway Patrol said he “was subsequently struck by an unknown vehicle as well as multiple other vehicles.â€

The CHP is also investigating whether some of the drivers who struck Saraceno fled from the scene.

Saraceno, along with about two dozen others, were passengers in a 2001 Ford F550 bus that was traveling south, just north of Universal Studios Boulevard, according to the CHP.

Saraceno, known as C.J., worked as a brand content strategist at NCLUSIVE Inc. He was hired in 2012, according to Justin Giangrande, the company’s chief operating officer.

Jess Richman, the company’s chief executive, issued a statement calling Saraceno “one of the most inspirational, positive and, above all, intelligent people that has ever entered our lives at NCLUSIVE.â€

“At this time, we ask for privacy as we mourn the loss of someone extremely dear to us all,†the statement read. “He is loved more than we can express.â€
