Funeral services Sunday for two sisters killed in fiery O.C. crash
Funeral services for two sisters killed in the Memorial Day crash in Newport Beach that took the lives of five teenagers are scheduled for Sunday in Corona del Mar.
Services for Robin Cabrera, 17, and Aurora Cabrera, 16, both of Irvine, are to be held at Pacific View Memorial Park and Mortuary, 3500 Pacific View Drive, according to a representative of the mortuary.
The public services begin at 11 a.m. and will last until about 5 p.m.

According to an email sent Tuesday afternoon by Irvine High School Principal Monica Colunga to members of the school community, prayers and rosary will start at 1 p.m., followed by eulogies.
A fundraising website has been set up in memory of the Cabrera sisters, and as of earning Thursday morning more than $4,000 had been raised.
“Our entire family is heartbroken to lose them both so suddenly,†a message at the website reads. “No words can convey the grief and sadness that this tragic event has brought upon us all.â€
Three other teens were killed in the May 27 crash when a car speeding on Jamboree Road struck a tree and split in two, with part of the wreckage catching on fire.
Irvine Unified School District spokesman Ian Hanigan said he hadn’t received information about memorials or services for any of the other students killed in the single-car accident — driver Abdulrahman M. Alyahyan, Nozad Al Hamawendi and Cecilia D. Zamora, all 17.
