Westbound 210 Freeway reopens after fiery big rig crash
The westbound 210 Freeway in Glendale reopened during rush hour after crews scrambled to clean up from a fiery big rig crash.
Two trucks collided about 12:03 a.m. just east of Lowell Avenue. One “became fully engulfed†in flames, said California Highway Patrol Officer Jennifer Cassidy.
Cassidy said alcohol was not suspected to have played a role in the crash.
The westbound lanes were shut down for about seven hours as crews cleaned up a fuel spill.
