Asia de Cuba: Honey-glazed Kurobuta pork belly, “Ropa Vieja†of duck and char siu beef short ribs are all part of Asia de Cuba at the Mondrian hotel’s new dim sum brunch menu. The new items will debut Easter Sunday. Brunch is $49 per person and includes the traditional brunch, dim sum stations and one signature cocktail. Bottomless sparkling wines, mimosas and sparkling cider are also available. Chaya: All of the Chaya restaurant locations in L.A. will be celebrating Easter with a three-course brunch menu and bottomless mimosas, priced at $42 per person. Menu items will include a cured salmon salad with blood orange, fennel, asparagus and blood orange vinaigrette; slow roasted beets with oranges, burrata, aged balsamic and watercress; and pappardelle with Kobe beef-porcini bolognese. Gladstones: The Malibu restaurant will offer an Easter brunch menu to be served buffet-style. Huckleberry Bakery & Cafe: The renowned cafe and bakery in Santa Monica will offer catering options this Easter to take home. Entrees available for pre-order include braised lamb shoulder with farro and spring vegetable ragu; maple glazed ham; and free-range rotisserie chicken. Sides will include vegetable pot pie with farmers markets vegetables and deviled eggs. For dessert, the cafe will make lemon meringue pie and a whole wheat raspberry butter cake. Inn of the Seventh Ray: Topanga Canyon’s Inn of the Seventh Ray will offer an Easter brunch menu featuring eggs Benedict with duck bacon; a boneless leg of lamb with whole grain mustard, thyme, rosemary and lamb jus; and a waffle bar. Brunch costs $53 per person (a vegetarian menu, priced at $40 per person, will also be available). Jar: Chef Suzanne Tracht will celebrate Easter with a special brunch menu Sunday. The à la carte menu includes pot roast hash; lobster Benedict, roasted lamb sandwich, banana cream pie and more. Kendall’s Brasserie and Bar: The French brasserie will have a three-course brunch available on Easter. Petrossian Restaurant: The four-course, prix fixe Easter brunch menu will feature “egg royales†made with caviar, soft scrambled egg and vodka whipped cream. The Pikey: The English pub in Hollywood will be serving an a la carte Easter brunch and dinner. The brunch menu will include housemade crumpet with honeycomb and clotted cream; cured Arctic char with scrambled eggs and hollandaise; curry on toast with a fried duck egg; and a slow-roasted pork belly sandwich with horseradish cream. For dinner, the chef will prepare a baked ham as well as roasted lamb, to be served alongside roasted duck fat potatoes, market vegetables, stuffing and Yorkshire pudding.
