Rene Redzepi’s ‘MAD Mondays’ live stream
On April 22, René Redzepi and the team behind the MAD Symposium will be holding the third edition of MAD Mondays at the Grand Teatret in Copenhagen. The event, part of a monthly series of conversations about the future of food, will be presented in English and streamed live.
Past MAD Mondays have included “What is Creativity?†featuring panelists Paul Cunningham, chef Erwin Lauterbach, Tal R and Knud Romer, and “Who Will Feed Us?†with Thomas Harttung, farmer and founder of Aarstiderne; chef Christian Puglisi of Relae and Manfreds; Arlene Stein, director of Terroir Symposium in Canada; farmer Soren Wiuff; and Henrik Zobbe, associate professor of agricultural economics and policy at the University of Copenhagen.
Joining in on “Stories on Limitations†in April will be Daniel Klein and Mirra Fein of The Perennial Plate and filmmaker Jørgen Leth. The event will be streamed live on www.madfood.com/live from 4:30 to 7 p.m. CET which, according to my time zone converter, is 8:30 to 11 a.m. PDT.
