‘The Walking Dead’ will rise again Oct. 13 for fourth season
“The Walking Dead’s†dead will rise again.
Like last year, the fourth season of AMC’s zombie apocalypse drama, which is the highest-rated scripted drama in the key demographic of viewers ages 18 to 49, will air in two parts, with the first eight hours premiering Oct. 13, then returning in February with the final eight installments.
The drama’s companion talk show, “The Talking Dead,†hosted by Chris Hardwick, will again follow each episode of “The Walking Dead.â€

As the season begins, Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln) and his band of survivors are fostering a haven in the prison, away from the threat of “walkers†and threats from other survivors. But their happiness is short-lived, according to a news release: “Walkers and other threats are no match for danger brewing inside the fences.â€
Among the new characters is Bob Stookey (Lawrence Gilliard Jr.).
