On the heels of its two Academy Award nominations, the hit animated musical “Frozen†will storm theaters nationwide in a new singalong version, Walt Disney Studios announced Wednesday.

Beginning Jan. 31, moviegoers will be encouraged to croon along to “Let It Go,†an Oscar nominee for original song, and other tunes from the Billboard chart-topping soundtrack. Onscreen lyrics and a bouncing snowflake will help keep audience members on track.

A loose retelling of the Hans Christian Andersen tale “The Snow Queen,†“Frozen†spins the story of a young woman (voiced by Kristen Bell) on a quest to find her lost sister (Idina Menzel) in a kingdom locked in eternal winter.

Singalong screenings have become popular with audiences in recent years, including for films such as “The Sound of Music,†“Beauty and the Beast†and “Fiddler on the Roof.â€
