A homeless man jailed last week for trespassing on Selena Gomez’s property late in March was arrested again Friday on suspicion of doing essentially the same thing just hours after he was released from jail.

Che Thomas Cruz, 20, was charged Monday with one felony count of stalking and one misdemeanor count of violation of a court protection order, according to the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office.

Cruz entered a no contest plea to a misdemeanor charge last Wednesday and was sentenced to 45 days in county jail and three years’ probation, and ordered to stay away from the pop star and her house and carry no weapons.

He was released Friday morning -- thanks, overcrowding -- and arrested later in the day after jumping a fence on the Calabasas property, Deputy District Attorney Wendy Segall said in a statement.

On March 30 he’d made it farther, actually getting into a guest house before being taken into custody. He knocked on the front door before going around to the guest house, L.A. Now reported. Gomez was home during that arrest, according to the Associated Press, but it’s not known if she was home for the second incident.

Cruz is being held in lieu of $150,000 bail. If the charge sticks as a felony and he’s convicted, the sentence could be up to four years in state prison.

Gomez only recently purchased the Calabasas estate, which notably is near but not in the gated community where maybe-or-maybe-not ex-boyfriend Justin Bieber lived before relocating recently to Atlanta.

She’d previously lived in Tarzana, where a 19-year-old Arizona man was arrested in January for trespassing. Juan Garcia also entered a no-contest plea and was sentenced to 120 days in county jail and three years’ probation, as well as getting his with a three-year stay-away order.
