Liam Hemsworth puts the smooch on a new girl — Miley who?
Liam Hemsworth isn’t wasting time nor tears on Miley Cyrus, getting caught on camera Tuesday planting a big ol’ smooch on another (quite beautiful) woman.
Before the news of his broken engagement with Cyrus even had time to settle -- it was officially acknowledged only Monday, after all -- Hemsworth, 23, had moved on with Mexican singer-actress Eiza Gonzalez, also 23.
A woman his own age!
“The Hunger Games†actor and Gonzalez, who apparently met in Vegas over the weekend, were snapped kissing at her Beverly Hills apartment complex on Tuesday afternoon, E! News reported, after Hemsworth came by to return a piece of luggage.
Now, we’re not saying they’re about to elope or anything. The encounter Tuesday was only about five minutes long, E! said, and the time in the VIP section of a club in Vegas came after each had journeyed to the party town separately. Once together, however, they didn’t leave each other’s side all night, said the picture-laden Daily Mail.
Maybe Liam just wanted to show Miley that he can play those trashy games too? Though at least he wasn’t doing it on national television.
Eiza’s hardly trashy, however, as far as we can tell. She’s been working in the entertainment industry in Mexico since age 16, following a career arc similar to 20-year-old Miley’s, including a “Hannah Montanaâ€-like show, E! News reported. She just recently moved to Beverly Hills to pursue work in the U.S. market and broke up with her boyfriend of two years in August.
As a side note, Hemsworth is at least feeling generous -- or maybe he just doesn’t want the hassle: He’s reportedly letting Cyrus keep her $100,000 engagement ring as a “memento of their love affair,†according to Radar Online.
