‘House M.D.’ actress Olivia Wilde sells Los Feliz home

“House M.D.†actress Olivia Wilde has sold her Los Feliz home for $2,190,950.

The Spanish villa, built in 1929, features a courtyard entry, original Malibu tile, stained glass, wood floors and beamed ceilings. There are French doors, a screening room with a bar, a library/study, four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms in the 3,284-square-foot two-story home. The grounds include a gazebo.

Wilde, 29, was a regular as Dr. Remy “Thirteen†Hadley on “House†from 2007 to 2012. She starred in “Tron: Legacy†(2010) and this year’s “Better Living Through Chemistry.†She will star in the films “Drinking Buddies,†“Rush†and “The Longest Week.â€

Public records show Wilde bought the property in 2011 for $2.295 million.

Judy Cycon of Rodeo Realty and Harriet Cameron and Nikki Joel of Prudential’s Sherman Oaks office were the listing agents. Ryan H. Sarkissian of ReMax/Elite represented the buyer.

Cheerleader parts with kegerator

Naya Rivera, who plays a cheerleader on “Glee,†has something to cheer about herself. She just sold her home in the 90210 ZIP Code for $1.93 million.

The contemporary, which was listed at $2.1 million, includes a library with a wet bar and kegerator, four bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and 2,949 square feet of living space. She bought the property in 2012 for $1.475 million, remodeled it and redid the swimming pool, irrigation systems, landscaping and lighting.

Rivera, 26, has played cheerleader Santana Lopez on the musical comedy-drama since it started in 2009.

Yolanda Rivera of Keller Williams’ VIP Properties represented her daughter. Andrew Belcher of Keller Williams’ Beverly Hills office was the listing agent.

Listing is the talk of Brentwood

The talk around Brentwood is that television host Ricki Lake has listed her estate at $8.75 million.

Described as plantation-style in the listing, the 1949 John Byers-designed home sits on a three-quarter-acre gated site that includes outdoor living spaces and a swimming pool with spa. Among features are a great room with wood-beamed ceiling, skylights, French doors, four fireplaces, six bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms.

Lake, 44, was a contestant on “Dancing With the Stars†in 2011 and has appeared on such series as “The King of Queens†(2001) and “Charm School With Ricki Lake†(2009). She hosted “The Ricki Lake Show†starting last year, eight years after her previous talk show. The new show was canceled but Lake won a Daytime Emmy for her efforts.

The property was purchased for $5.6 million in 2002, public records show.

David Findley of Partners Trust in Beverly Hills and Chris Cortazzo of Coldwell Banker’s Malibu West office are the listing agents.

Conversation starter in Studio City

Musician Nick Valensi of the Strokes and his wife, talk show host-actress Amanda de Cadenet, have listed their Studio City home for $1.799 million.

The New England-inspired traditional, built in 2009, features an open kitchen overlooking the family and dining rooms, an above-garage studio, five bedrooms, six bathrooms and 4,000 square feet of living space.

Valensi, 32, plays lead guitar for the alt-rock band. De Cadenet, 41, has hosted “The Conversation†on Lifetime since last year.

The couple paid $1.3 million for the property in 2011, public records show.

Recording studio seeks next star

Anyone in need of a top-notch in-house studio could do worse than to follow in the footsteps of Erez Eisen of Infected Mushroom. The electronic music pioneer has put his Studio City house on the market at $1.199 million.

Set in the Colfax Meadows area, the ranch-style home includes a recently built professional-grade recording studio with a voice booth.

The 2,500-square-foot home, built in 1938, also features a living room fireplace, a dining room, an updated kitchen, a den, an office, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and hardwood floors. Mature trees, a lagoon-style swimming pool with spa, an arbor and lawn fill the backyard.

Eisen and Amit Duvdevani founded Infected Mushroom in 1998. The duo, a bestselling group in Israel, has been an influence on the DJ and trance music scenes worldwide. Its most recent album, “Army of Mushrooms,†was released last year.
