Actress-director Salma Hayek is casting for a new tenant in Hollywood Hills West
Actress Salma Hayek is looking for a long-term tenant for her rental house in Hollywood Hills West.
The $9,750 a month fee and $19,500 security deposit include a furnished Midcentury Modern single story that wraps around a swimming pool to create a resort-like atmosphere. Lawns, patios, terraced gardens and mature landscaping make up the half-acre of grounds.
Set on a cul-de-sac in the Outpost Estates community, the 2,874-square-foot home has vaulted ceilings and walls of glass that take in pool, canyon and cityscape views. A great room, dining and breakfast areas, four bedrooms and four bathrooms are among the living spaces.
Hayek, 48, has played to both Mexican and American audiences during her career. She starred in the serial drama “Teresa†and the film “El Callejón de los Milagros†in her native Mexico. Since gaining U.S. attention for her starring role in “Frida†(2002), she was an executive producer for “Ugly Betty†and has been in such recent movies as “Everly†and “Tale of Tales.â€
