Westwood condo of late singer Natalie Cole lists for $2.995 million
The longtime Westwood home of late singer-songwriter Natalie Cole has come on the market for $2.995 million.
The 10th-floor double unit in the Grand Westwood building features northern, western and southern exposures with city-to-mountain views.
The 3,594 square feet of interior space, with marble floors and beige walls, includes open living, dining and family rooms, four bedrooms and four bathrooms. A renovated kitchen has custom cabinetry and a wet bar.
Sitting in its own wing, the master suite has dual bathrooms, an office/den and a walk-in dressing room. Doors off the master bedroom open to a private terrace.
Another terrace patio sits off the living room.
Building amenities include 24-hour concierge service, valet parking and access to a private gym and swimming pool.
Cole, who died last year at 65, bought the condo in 2003 for $1.725 million, public records show.
Joe Babajian of Rodeo Realty and Michelle Ficarra of The Agency hold the listing.
The daughter of Nat King Cole, Natalie Cole took home Grammy Awards for the songs “This Will Be,†“Natalie†and “Sophisticated Lady,†among others. Her 1992 album, “Unforgettable… with Love,†which featured covers of standards performed by her father, won album and record of the year.
