Talk show host and football analyst Michael Strahan and his fiancee, television personality Nicole Murphy, have sold their Bel-Air home for $11 million in a one-week all-cash deal, The Times has learned.

The couple had planned to build their dream house on the 1-acre Bel-Air site, which they bought last year for $7.8 million, and had torn down most of the existing home. Trulia, which first caught wind of the sale, described the house as a 1926 “teardown†with Mediterranean influences.
