Producer Burt Sugarman and his wife, television host Mary Hart, have bought another condominium in West Hollywood for $4.65 million in an off-market deal. The seller was Evan Metropoulos, the son of billionaire C. Dean Metropoulos.

Found within the Sierra Towers, the celebrity-popular high-rise where Hart and Sugarman set a price record with a condo purchase last year, the southeast-corner unit has two bedrooms and three bathrooms in roughly 1,700 square feet of living space.

Among features of note are polished concrete floors, motorized window shades and a freestanding soaking tub. Walls of windows take in the downtown cityscape.
