Ashton Kutcher sells his Hollywood Hills home for nearly $10 million
Ashton Kutcher has sold his Hollywood Hills home for $9.925 million, The Times has confirmed, after quietly shopping it since spring at $12 million.
The glass-clad contemporary, built in 2006-07, has views of the Hollywood Reservoir and the Hollywood sign from its three stories.
A den, gym, a sauna, a wine cellar, an elevator, five bedrooms and eight bathrooms are within the 9,385 square feet of living space, according to Multiple Listing Services data from 2012.
The more than half an acre hillside property has a swimming pool and spa.
Kutcher, 36, has starred on the sitcom “Two and a Half Men†since he replaced Charlie Sheen in 2011. Last year he starred as Apple Inc. co-founder Steve Jobs in the film “Jobs.†He also starred in “No Strings Attached†(2011), “What Happens in Vegas†(2008) and “Dude, Where’s My Car?†(2000).
The actor is engaged to Mila Kunis, who just listed her compound in Hollywood Hills West for sale.
